Il s&rsquo;agit de l&rsquo;ancien centre m\u00e9di\u00e9val fortifi\u00e9 et entour\u00e9 de remparts, construit aux alentours du XIe si\u00e8cle. Le b\u00e2timent le plus embl\u00e9matique est sans aucun doute le ch\u00e2teau, \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0el Castell dels Montserrat\u00a0\u00bb.
